Privacy Policy

Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes the types of "Personal Information" (nonpublic information that is identifiable to a particular person) that will be collected in connection with the uChoose Rewards® Program and the associated fulfillment services (the "Program"), and explains how your privacy as a Program Member will be protected. Fiserv Solutions, Inc. In addition, please also refer to the "Terms & Conditions" found on this site for more information about your rights and obligations with respect to other issues. Products and services other than the Program are not covered by this particular Privacy Policy, even if discussed, advertised or linked to on this Web site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any non-Program sites or services before providing any of them with your personal information.
